You get assigned a crew of two when you sign up — and they're who comes to your home, every visit, for as long as you're with us. No rotating strangers. No re-explaining where the dog stays. No wondering who has your key this week.

It's slower for us to staff this way. Most services rotate cleaners across homes to maximize utilization. We don't. The cleaners learn your home, you learn their names, and the standard goes up every visit instead of resetting.

I run Sparkle. Started it in 2017 with one car and a caddy.

Joanna Lee. Austin-born. I cleaned houses myself for the first three years and still join walk-throughs on every new home. Crew of fourteen now — all employed, all background-checked, all paid by the hour, never piece-rate.

We use unscented eco-friendly product as default — Method, Branch Basics, Seventh Generation. If you have allergies, dogs that lick the floor, or a kid in pull-ups, we can adjust. The supplies come in a clear caddy so you can read every label.
