The problem

Inspector flagged an outdated panel on a 1962 ranch during the buyer's walkthrough. Owner needed a 200A upgrade and inspection signed off before closing the next week.

What we did

Walked the panel Tuesday morning, pulled the permit that afternoon. Swapped the panel Wednesday. City inspected Thursday. Closing happened Friday on schedule.

The scope

BBQ restaurant on SoCo, opening in two weeks. Owner needed 240V circuits for smokers, three reach-in coolers, ANSUL hood interlock, and sign permits.

What we did

Ran a second crew for nine days to get all commercial circuits in. ANSUL tied to gas shut-off, sign on a timer. Health inspector signed off on Saturday.

The scope

Family wanted backup power after a week-long outage from the prior winter's ice storm. Hilltop home, propane available, AC and well pump as priority loads.

What we did

Generac 22kW on a propane line, sub-panel for managed loads, automatic transfer switch, load-tested before sign-off. Three-day install start to finish.

$11,400 turnkey. Five-year warranty, registered with Generac.
